Some words from the charities...

Care from the Family

Message from CCHF

Hi Ije,

Thank you once again, for your generous donation of £200.00 towards the work of CCHF All About Kids and would like to confirm that monies were credited to our bank account on 14th November 2016. The monies raised from your event will enable seriously disadvantaged children to enjoy, and obtain lasting benefit from, our activity and respite breaks so may we express our deep appreciation, and that of the children, for your wonderful support. Relying entirely on voluntary support this would not be possible without your generosity and that of the many other personal donors trusts and companies, who support our work.

Best Wishes

Liz Grimes

***The final amount raised by the Funtastic Fundraising night is...£400!***

Thank you to everyone who donated on the day, via the fundraising page and directly to the charities. Thank you too to Random Events for kindly donating the comedians and all the businesses and organisations for generously donating raffle prizes. Of course, a huge thank you to the Mayor of Haringey Cllr Ozbek, the local councillors, ICSN Dance, Alamut Restaurant and YOU (again!) for making it all happen.

Thank you for the feedback. Here are some of the messages that I have received:

Enjoyed all of it, but particularly the dance as it was a great work out and also a lot of fun to lose all inhibitions. I never thought I would be dancing in full view of lots of night buses and not care!! Bianca

The most fun I've had in a while. Thanks! Jessica

Thanks Ije. It was brilliant! We loved the charities...  Karen

Fun night and a good turn out.   Peter

Well done for putting on a fabulously entertaining and well organised night! I loved, loved, loved the dance lesson and also loved the compere (she was hilarious), especially because she embarrassed so many people... I had a lucky escape!  Theo

Well done – it was a fantastic event. Cllr Stennett

It was a great night, fantastic atmosphere and amazing raffle prizes! Cllr Opoku

Have you seen the flyer for the big night that is The Funtastic Fundraising Night? Well you have now!

Families. We all belong to one. They make us laugh. They make us cry. And you can't get away from them! They're everywhere! So, let's get together and support two small charities that work in many schools and communities to help build happier children, stronger families and therefore better communities. Join the local mayor and councillors for a fun-filled night for two great causes. What are you waiting for?

Quiz: Can you name these fictional families and the programme or film?
